Compensation

Candidates have the ability to make $70k to $100k+ in the first year with unlimited upside. Compensation is based on performance with a base salary plus commission based on a number of qualified appointments set and closings. Advancement and growth opportunities exist within the organization for the right candidate. COME GROW WITH US!

Responsibilities

  • This position is all about appointment setting/relationship building
  • Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
  • Partner with field sales team to set meetings with prospective home buyers and sellers to result in signed client contracts
  • Educating consumers on the local real estate market and how to get started with the home buying and selling process
