We are currently seeking a tenacious outside Business Development Representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand Concraft relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect!

  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

  • Identify new opportunities and cultivate the existing client relationships
  • Serve as a champion between the customer and our organization
  • Achieve designated targets
  • Attend trade shows and other networking events to share the value of Concraft
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills online, in-person, and on the phone to uncover potential new customers

  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales

  • Proficiency in sales software, such as Dash and Constant Contact would be a HUGE plus
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite of products
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required (you may be driving a company vehicle)

$50,000 - $75,000 per year + commission
