The Business Development Manager/Intake Specialist is responsible for developing and executing new business strategies, as well as managing the intake process for new clients. This position will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new leads and will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients. • Lead the development and implementation of an effective business development strategy to attract new clients.
• Identify and qualify new leads.
• Participate in the intake process for new clients, as well as establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Analyze market trends and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
• Conduct research and compile data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
• Develop and deliver presentations and other marketing materials to prospects.

• Proven track record in developing new business opportunities
• At least 2 years of experience in legal sales and/or business development
• Knowledge of US law and/or legal industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• US Work Authorization
• Legal Experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
