• Build a team of Software Engineers to guide the execution of projects for clients
• Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and own the responsibility of the project through its entirety
• Maintain direct communication with clients while contributing to analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of ongoing projects or projects
• Ensure positive impact, sustainable results, and strong relationships are built in order to create a followership for clients within their current operating environment
• Provide routine feedback to clients aligned with production milestones to ensure client satisfaction is maintained
• Provide routine training and team building engagements to maintain strong continuity of project management teams
• Build and grow a network of software developers in local community through routine engagements with major players in the software development space; an intro to the network will be provided
• Create necessary content to attract new clients or talent
• Keep team synchronized and within the timeline of projects

• Master of Business Administration preferred; Computer Science, Engineering background a plus
• 4 years of experience in client service consulting
• Experience managing projects and leading teams
• Ability to negotiate, draft contracts and execute contract agreements
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites
• Content Creator
• Ability to quickly solve problems
• Great organizational skills
• Likes to have fun
