8020REI is Data Analytics and SaaS company that serves real estate investors in the USA. The Business Development Manager is the key driver of revenue growth and expansion. This is a high-level Sales role that requires mastering a unique approach to Data in the Real Estate industry, along with using great people skills. The BDM will be working directly with the CEO.
The compensation is made up of a great base salary + commission (the compensation showed below includes base salary + commission).
- Delivering amazing experiences with prospective and existing clients, to increase the client base year over year
- Conducting Demos, building trust with prospective and existing clients by demonstrating a deep sense of ownership and understanding of our unique approach to Data in Real Estate
- Crush sales goals by providing value to the prospecting and existing clients (investors)
- Garnering referrals and achieving an average increase of 25% or more in account size
- Expanding our reach and brand awareness by leveraging social media platforms to generate and convert both inbound and outbound opportunities
- Availability to travel 4 to 6 times per year to different states in USA. (paid expenses)
- Top Sales Performer: Proven track record in Real Estate, SaaS, and/or other High-Level Sales roles (B2B)
- Hungry for achievement, enthusiastic, energetic, internally motivated; always working on personal growth
- A positive, no excuses, and a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with maintaining and exceeding Company Designated Quotas and KPIs
