• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing referral partners
• Hosting events & classes based on your networking knowledge
• Attend networking events for loan officers
• Coordinate and plan events for the team
• Oversee and initiate marketing campaigns through email and/or text
• Mix and mingle through the city by planning your day while you are away.
• Join and engage with local realtor groups, homebuilders, and associations of any kind

• Awareness of current sales process and pipeline management
• Manage and enter information into client database, such as Surefire
• Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings and okay with using your own vehicle
• Relative experience in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar role of at least 1 year
• Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at using technology as your friend in all areas, such as video, texting, CRM, and emailing.
• Must be strong in layout and design of presentations, emails, social media posts, etc.
