You must have prior success selling professional services to CEOs, owners and senior executives in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable generating their own leads and are adept at engaging prospects and maintaining forward momentum over a long sales cycle. To be successful, you must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well both independently and with a team.

You must be a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting professional relationships. You are a gracious communicator who loves to make a great first impression over the phone. You are proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our team.

Experience selling consulting services or executive recruiting is preferred. Successful candidates must be open to coaching, have strong consultative selling skills, and exceptional organizational skills. You must be able to verify prior earnings of at least $100K in a variable compensation plan.

  • Supporting Event Coordinator filling coach training and events with existing coaches
Qualifications

  • A perceptive listener with selling experience selling professional services at the CEO level who deeply understands mid-market growth companies
  • A sales representative with demonstrated skills and experience in asking (tough) questions, listening, and persuasively communicating value and closing deals
  • A gracious communicator with a great demeanor over the phone who can make a stellar first impression
  • Independent, organized employee who takes initiative and adapts to challenges encountered to get the job done 
  • Someone who will bring enthusiasm, energy and dedication to the position and our team, as well as a high level of integrity and a sense of humor
  • Someone who is results and goal-driven and enjoys and seeks out opportunities for learning and growing

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000+ inclusive of base plus commissions, unlimited earning potential
