Business Development Administrator for a Multi-Market Real Estate Company

The Jarnagin Group is a Las Vegas real estate company seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our team in Henderson, NV. This role is responsible for managing internal systems, supporting strategic initiatives, and streamlining processes to facilitate business growth. This person would coordinate project management activities, assist in evaluating new opportunities, and maintain databases for reporting and decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in system management, an understanding of business strategies, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments. Responsibilities

  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency.
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness.
  • Produce progress reports and present them to the team on a regular basis.
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner.

Primary Objectives

  • Manage all aspects of each real estate transaction from inception through closings and beyond.
  • Develop, organize, Implement, and manage all systems and processes of the business.
  • Responsible for customer relationships, communication, and follow-up.
  • Research and develop new systems, technologies, and marketing.
  • Manage Agent training processes and accountability.
  • Manage and oversee outside investments and additional PA responsibilities. Oversee agent recruitment and onboarding
  • This role will have the complete responsibility to oversee every aspect of the organization and keep the entire team updated and accountable.
  • Fully support the lead agent in achieving team success through organizing managing and overseeing their every activity.

Regular Work Activities

  • Manage transaction software and lists.
  • Handling client interaction and support.
  • Presenting offers, occasionally negotiating contracts and inspections.
  • Process new listings and enter them into MLS.
  • Answering office phones and managing incoming questions.
  • Managing, tracking, checking, and maintaining spreadsheets and balances.
  • Coordinate photos, sign placement inspections and appointments.
  • Running errands, showings houses, and some driving tasks.
  • Daily accountability checks for systems and team.
  • Manage email.
  • Handle urgent tasks and assignments as they come up.
  • Prepare for listing presentations and client meeting.
  • Keep everyone and everything organized and flowing.

Time requirements

  • This is an in-office position.
  • Regular office hours with flexibility. You set your own schedule within the parameters of the position and the expectations of the clients.
  • Saturday in office work is required.
  • 35-50 hours per week based on availability and requirements.
  • Occasional evening and weekends are very common.
  • Personal growth is essential to this position.
  • Outside reading and learning will be a requirement.


Management Responsibilities

  • This position is 100% responsible to manage all aspects of a real estate transaction.
  • This position is responsible to manage any Virtual Assistants, sign runners, and any other part-time positions in the company.
  • This position is responsible to manage the activities and accountability of the team leader/owner.
  • This position requires interaction and management of agent accountability systems and reporting.
  • This position often requires personal assistant responsibilities and scheduling.

People Contacts and Interactions

  • Lead Agent/ Owner – direct report -multiple times daily.
  • Clients - multiple times daily.
  • Agent Team – multiple times daily.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Absolute passion for urgency and systems
  • Detail and task-oriented.Complete focus and attention to job details
  • Good communication and people skills and phone skills
  • Marketing, sales, or public relations experience
  • Learning and personal growth focused
  • Career oriented
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • This position does not require a real estate license, but it is preferred. Real estate experience and knowledge are crucial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Comfortable with computers and smartphones. Familiar, comfortable, and Savvy with all technology
  • Basic Graphic computer skills
  • This position requires a real estate license. Pursuit of a real estate license will be required within a specified time period

Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
