We are seeking an individual outside sales representative responsible for building relationships within, skilled and non-skilled nursing facilities, home healthcare, elder law attorneys, financial advisors and others in the downsize, senior relocation, and estates arena, to help identify people that are in need of alternative living options and candidates for the unique services we can provide. The Business Development Representative then work with the client and their families along with our senior living advisors to guide them through the entire process from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community, or referring the client to our real estate division to find a smaller house or condo.

Responsibilities

  • Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and housing providers for referrals and sign contracts
  • Generate lead opportunities to present USPs and company services to get contracts signed with housing providers, health care providers, customers, and vendors.
  • Manage the sales process. Guide families through their search process all the way to move in including follow-up with families
  • Monitor vendors, housing providers, and other allies’ performance and customer service experience to maintain the company’s reputation and referral sources. 
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales quota for company profitability and growth
  • Prepare and conduct needs and financial assessments for new customers.
  • Setting up and scheduling facility tours for customers.

       

Qualifications

  • History of exceeding sales quota
  • Internally motivated to surpass your goals in an outside sales environment
  • Thrives in a Healthcare setting on a daily basis and gets energy from meeting with and helping people
  • 3+ years of experience with a documented history of success positioning and selling solutions in a quota-carrying setting
  • Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based on family needs
  • Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder relationship
  • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent environment
  • Willingness to quickly come up to speed on the senior living industry
  • Ability and willingness to document daily activities and notes in the CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and willing to learn other web-based tools
  • A missionary, not mercenary outlook

Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 yearly
