We are looking for a motivated student-athlete or recent college graduate to join our team at Alpha Integrity Life in Akron, Ohio. As an Agent, you will have the opportunity to help families in your community protect and secure their future with life insurance. You will be responsible for helping clients identify their needs and find the best insurance solution for their situation. You will work with a team of experienced Agents and receive ongoing training and support.

We are looking for someone who is competitive and motivated to succeed in a sales environment. We are also looking for someone with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and a commitment to helping them understand the importance of life insurance. A successful candidate will have a desire to learn and grow in a team setting and to overcome any challenges that come their way. • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently

• Explain our referral program in order to build your own referral network

• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals

• Must show the ability to overcome adversity as well as being able to thrive in a competitive environment
