Start Date/Hours: Immediate Start, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, flexible as required

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 base plus bonus

You are highly motivated, with above-average interpersonal skills, high energy, proven leadership ability, strong organizational skills, and natural sales instincts. You possess a deep real estate knowledge, a familiarity with technology, high integrity, and a track record of sales success. You are driven, yet compassionate. You exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also relish seeing others achieve. You are highly skilled in holding others accountable and have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. You view learning as the foundation of your action plan. You are a team player and highly collaborative; you can build and nurture relationships while providing Realtor support. You are a great communicator and relationship builder, very personable with a ready smile and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ensure the brokerage complies with RECO and all its regulations.
• Actively participate in the management of the brokerage.
• Ensure an adequate level of supervision for the brokers, salespersons, and other persons employed by the brokerage.
• Take responsible steps to deal with any failure to comply with the Act or the regulations by a broker, salesperson or other persons employed by the brokerage.

• A seasoned realtor with at least 10 consecutive years of actively trading in real estate.
• Completion of all required real estate courses for Real Estate Broker designation in the Province of Ontario, with such designation remaining in good standing.
• Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate.
• Track record of success in past jobs/tasks.
• Highly skilled professional, with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry.
• Precise, attentive, and uses the utmost care in the production and review of his or her work and the work of others.
• Strong track record of leadership, and a reputation that is highly respected within the industry.
• Highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with high urgency, due diligence, and care.
