The priority of the Broker of Record is to ensure that our company and agents are in compliance with Broker Code of Maryland. We have an existing compliance team who reviews all agency agreements and Residential Contracts of Sale.
The Broker is available to answer broker-related questions for our agents, and to resolve disputes in transactions with agents from other brokerages. When needed, the Broker will retain our attorney to resolve these matters.
The Broker keeps a log of any compliance challenges and commonly asked questions so that we can offer and adjust agent education and training to maximize smooth-running transactions for our clients.
