We’re looking for a driven and dedicated BRIVITY PLATFORM CRM and Website expert to join our growing team!
We are in search of just the right person with the skills to manage all aspects of our CRM Database and our Website. You must be well-versed on BRIVITY. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and keep everyone accountable by managing tasks, calendars, and schedules. Build brand awareness and promote our listings across your social media channels. Nurture, qualify and manage leads. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. - Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
- Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
- Available evenings and weekends
- Either already has or is working towards real estate license
- Great written and verbal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
- Experience with BRIVITY PLATFORM is a Must.
