You will be in charge of taking drink orders, recommending beer and wine, preparing traditional and unique mixed drinks, and maintaining the bar area so it is clean and sanitary at all times. • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
• Provide an overview of our beers and other drink offerings and answer any questions that guests might have
• Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
• Ensure responsible serving practices
• Pour and serve a variety of drinks including beers, wine, and cocktails
• Work quickly to ensure customers are served in a timely manner
• Ensure all items are entered into the POS system and complete sales transactions
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and whenever necessary resolve concerns using good judgment, professionalism, and courtesy
• Maintain an exceptionally clean environment for our guests including wiping down all surfaces, sweeping, mopping, clearing away all empty glassware
• Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality

• All candidates must be at least 21 years of age
• Availability to work all taproom operating hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 55lbs and to move 165lb kegs
• Experience with POS systems a plus
