An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas, organized and willing to research and adjust to industry trends. The ideal person for this role will also focus on the agent's public perception, aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the agent’s brand identity. • Develop custom brand with agent's goals and overall look and feel they are looking for
• Create designs and layouts for media outlets
• Write excellent social media copy for posts, blogs, and other copy that contributes to the agent's overall marketing strategy and goals
• Meet with agents on a regular scheduled basis to gain feedback and dive into analytics, ideas, and trends
• Create roadmaps for the agent's video content to be produced
• Create social calendars, social media ideas, and other similar deliverables for the agents
• Support the agents with executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
• Organize meeting schedules with the agents to ensure efficiency and tasks are being completed
• Ensure agent's brand consistency
