Top Real Estate Firm in Olympia is looking for a dynamic individual to join our real estate office as our Administrative and Operations Leader. We are Growing, setting records and are looking for the right leader to take us to the next level through retention, training and creation of the best systems! 

Candidates should exhibit natural leadership ability, strong relationship-building skills and be a flexible team player. They must have a strong sense of urgency with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Candidates must be motivated, energized and excited about working with a dynamic group of real estate sales professionals. 

Extensive bookkeeping experience is required and will be responsible for accounting and financial record-keeping, overseeing all administrative systems/operations of the office, including staff and facilities. Accounting functions include AP, AR, PR, GL, double-entry bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, month-end closing and analyzing financial reports. 

Key Skills: Accurate bookkeeping and accounting; advanced Microsoft office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word and strong written and verbal communication skills.   • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties
  • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
  • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards
  • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
  • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication
  • Manage company accounting and records. Track Real Estate sales within the office and market


  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Must be fluent in Accounting with 2 years of experience

$50,000 - $55,000 based on experience
