Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy within day books and all ledgers
- Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time
- Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Qualifications
- Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Experience with Quickbooks - payroll, payables, bank reconciliations
Compensation
$31,500 to $40,000
