We’re looking for someone who is very organized, and has great time management skills and is an QuickBooks online wizard. The successful applicant will have 5 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper in the industry, a problem-solving attitude, and great communication skills. • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Manage employee expense reports and credit card statements
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with GAAP and accounting principles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
