Our perfect bookkeeper is an overly organized neat freak who lives for tidy files and balanced accounts. We need someone who will own the role, adopting our established systems while still being a trailblazer and creating effective processes on their own.

If you have a numbers driven, analytical mindset, this job's for you. That being said, you'll be working with a team so interpersonal skills and a "teamwork makes the dream work" mentality is essential.

  • Working side by with the Broker/Owner
  • Overseeing and balancing office accounts
  • Generating monthly production reports
  • Maintaining accounting software / data entry
  • Additional admin support as needed
  • Data entry skills
  • Accounting
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to design effective systems and streamline existing processes
  • Experience with Quickbooks and/or LoneWolf is preferred
$35,000 plus Bonuses
