Our company is currently looking for a full-time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment, have an eye for detail and a passion for continual learning and pursuing excellence. We are seeking a self-motivated bookkeeper to assist with our growing business. This position requires high accuracy and strong communication skills; must have QuickBooks experience.

- Daily maintenance and reconciliation of all bank/credit accounts
- Maintain and record both digital and paper records
- Write checks, process deposits, all accounts payable
- Create daily, monthly, and yearly financial statements
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Payroll processing
- Forecast of monthly gross income and track real estate production volume
- Provide year-end W2, 1099, and company records to external Accountant
- Process and issue tax payments
- Analyze data continually for accuracy
- Trustworthy and honest
- Must be organized, be able to multitask, punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Understanding of accounting principals and human resource best practices
- Experience with Desktop QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Accounting degree or working toward degree (preferred) OR 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
