Full-Time or Part-Time position.

  • Quickbooks experience is a must.
  • We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience handling the books for a small business.

  • Recording financial transactions, such as checks written and received
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements; updating the trial balance, profit-and-loss statement, and balance sheet
  • Managing payroll; invoicing clients; making federal and state tax deposits; and completing annual tax forms, such as W-2s and 1099s
  • High level of proficiency on Quickbooks Online
  • High level of proficiency on MS Excel
  • Some experience of contractor/project cost management will be ideal
  • Works well in a self-directed way
  • Communicates well verbally and in writing
$15 - $20 per hour (depends on experience)
