So Cal Home Buyers, a Murrieta based Real Estate Investment company, is seeking a part-time highly detailed and team oriented person for managing our books including, invoices and receipts, cut checks, reconciliation, bill-pay, reporting, p&l’s as well as coordinating our Real Estate transactions including paperwork, communication with all parties, escrow, vendors etc, coordinating inspections, utilities and seeing the entire purchase and sale process to completion. Additional duties will be general clerical and office / administrative tasks. Must be an effective communicator both verbally and with written communication. Need to be organized and determined with follow up: experienced with Excel and MS Office; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize several tasks and maintain deadlines.
This is not a virtual position. We are looking for an in-house employee for an estimated 30-40 hours per week in our Murrieta office.
