Currently, we need someone who can be responsible for billing and collections in a professional law office. Part-time and virtual opportunities are available. If you are a conscientious, detail-oriented, friendly office professional with experience handling billing and collections, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing process and send client invoices bi-monthly
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Accept and process incoming payments
  • Maintain practice and client confidentiality

Qualifications

We are looking for the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely organized and efficient
  • Will get bills out on time
  • Is not afraid of calling clients to collect when payment is (over)due
  • Is experienced with various computer programs, databases, and systems
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Clio CMS preferred
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong administrative/billing skills

Compensation
$50,000 yearly
