Lincoln-Goldfinch Law seeks an experienced fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Billing Clerk to join our team. The Billing Clerk is responsible for managing entry-level day-to-day operations of the billing department including scheduling client payment plans, processing client payments, and responding to client inquiries on a timely basis. 

This role is remote; thus, we are considering applicants from all over Mexico.

Compensation/Benefits

• Generate and process payments for clients;
• Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any errors;
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure proper billing procedures are followed;
• Communicate with clients regarding payment status and any billing discrepancies;
• Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records;
• Prepare reports on billing activity for management;
• Answers internal and external financial inquiries including balance inquiries, payments, and other requests;
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.

• Bilingual - English & Spanish, written and verbal (Required).
• 2-4 years experience in complex Billing (Required);
• 2-3 years experience in customer service (Required);
• Proficient in Google Suite;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish);
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Technologically savvy with the ability to become proficient in various software applications;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels in the organization;

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• At least one year of related experience is required.
