Our HVAC company is seeking a billing assistant to help input pricing into our home warranty portals, make calls to customers to let them know the amount due, collect and account for funds, process, and issue accurate monthly statements, and more. You’ll be required to perform consistent follow-up in this role, so experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred. If you’re a detail-oriented professional, have at least 1 year of billing experience, and enjoy working in a face-past environment, we want to hear from you!

• Maintain accurate financial records for incoming payments on accounts
• Work with the client’s accounting department to resolve any billing inquiries
• Run accounts receivable reports to keep track of past due accounts and follow up on payment

• learn and work efficiently within our billing portals for our home warranty companies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills are needed in this role
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple projects at a time
