Real Estate Agent is seeking a talented Bilingual Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Position entails full scope of administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operations by providing client services, answering calls, implementing lead tracking systems, and management of client database, transactions, listings, marketing, social media presence, calendar, calls/emails, and office operations. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will play an essential role in minimizing distractions so that the team can focus on generating new business and closing sales.

Please note that this position is not a stepping stone to become a Real Estate Agent.

Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
