Bilingual Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant- Personal Injury/

The ideal candidate would be someone that has additional experience working with Pre-Settlement companies at your law firm.

We are looking for someone with strong customer service phone skills and patience. Someone that can handle multiple roles and juggle multiple work requirements without getting flustered. We are very fast-paced!

The role involves medical/Legal intake, answering phones, answering questions about our services, creating contracts for approved clients, deploying money via checks, e-checks, and ACH payments, and following up with Accounts Receivable accounts. The role involves handling 3 departments - Intake, Contracting/Funding, and Accounts Receivable.

• Communicate with law firms and clients regarding their case to attain necessary documents and facts to make financial decisions
• Working on multiple software platforms
• Proficient with the intake of case details including police reports, incident reports, policy limits, injuries, treatment, and value drivers to help to underwrite
• Learn all departments so you are cross-trained
• Willing to work in office as this is not a remote position (Office is Safe)
• Comfortable building contracts and deploying money via ACH, Wires, E-Checks, and FedEx.
• Able to educate about our product/services to clients and law firms
• Handling intake responsibilities
• Being able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Works well with others
• Able to discuss the company's valuable services to law firms and clients

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• At least 3 years in a law firm handling personal injury or worker's compensation claims
• Must be detailed and comfortable handling money
• Strong communication skills
• Cautious and methodical in decision making
• Strong customer services skill
• Excelling problem-solving skills and error resolutions
• Excel in a fast-paced environment
