Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Legal Intake Specialist
Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, If the thought of coming to work every day and making a positive impact on our client’s lives excites you, start your application today!
- Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas.
- Handle incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Gather relevant information from the prospective client and provide concise fact summaries; input data into the CRM system.
- Relay offers to clients.
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Background in personal injury law an advantage
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically is a must
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- A high school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion and good judgment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and software related to job responsibilities
- Strong professionalism both in appearance and presentation
