We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional Receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Manage appointments for staff members and keep the calendar up-to-date
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Provide employees, clients, and visitors with a warm welcome at the front desk
• Communicate any important information or directions to the appropriate person or team

• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Personal Injury Law Experience (a plus)
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Has previous experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must be Bilingual
