Bilingual HR Specialist for Pediatric Rehab Clinic
We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to work in our pediatric therapy clinic. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking applicant because you may be working with clients as well and we have a large Spanish-speaking population. However, you will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and training. You will play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws, as well as in charge of all of the credentialing for all of our new clinicians. Experience in a healthcare setting is a huge plus.
- Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation
- Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget
- Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
- Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures
- Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees
- Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Credentialing of all new employees
- Knowledge of human resources and employee management
- Knowledge of credentialing with insurance companies
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped kid-friendly space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
