Bilingual Receptionist for Pediatric Clinic

We are a pediatric therapy clinic in South Austin searching for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! You'll be responsible for various tasks including being the first point of contact for the business, answering phone calls, scheduling, cleaning, organizing, and other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. We currently have openings for both part-time and full-time applicants. For the full-time position, you must be able to work the following hours.

• Mon 9:30-6:30
• Tues 7:45-5:00
• Wed 9:30-6:30
• Thurs 7:45 - 5:00
• Friday - off
• Saturdays 8:00 - 2:30
• Sundays - off

• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
• Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions

• Bilingual and Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Clean criminal background check
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped kid-friendly space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.  It is the mission of KidTherapy to provide the highest quality integrated therapeutic services through individualized, compassionate, honest, and professional treatment specifically tailored to best fit each child and their family's specific needs and goals.
