We require someone with exceptional leadership abilities to manage banquet staff and ensure that our hotel services are of the highest quality. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with 3+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in a management role, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. • Communicate all event orders to on-site banquet staff members, so they are aware of their roles and obligations
• Coordinate the daily operations of the banquet area and ensure you are providing an exceptional level of service by purchasing supplies, managing event space set-up, and setting proper staffing levels for events
• Assess and document the outcome of each event to propel future improvement upon all processes

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role in hospitality or food service
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
• Display excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
