We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join the team at Beard Papa’s Bake Shop in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Baker, you’ll be responsible for creating delicious treats that will delight our customers. You’ll use your skills to make our custom cream puffs, while adhering to the highest standards for quality and presentation. - Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate and monitor baking equipment to ensure proper baking times.
- Decorate and garnish pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
- Package baked goods for sale and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Valid US work authorization
- At least 1 year of food service experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing customer demands
- Proficiency in using commercial baking equipment
