Ideal candidates would be clean-cut, pass a background check, as well as hold a valid driver's license. 2+ years experience in Automotive Window Tint preferred, with PPF / Vehicle Wrap installation a huge plus. Must be willing to learn PPF or Wraps if no experience. You bring a great attitude and work ethic, and we will train you with the additional skills necessary for a very lucrative long-term career with us. • Customer satisfaction through completing authorized work with high quality (done right the first time), explaining services as required, selling the customer only what their vehicle needs, operating the customer’s vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner, and always treating the customer with respect
• Maintain a consistently high productivity level and assist other team members as directed or needed
• Performing another shop/store tasks as needed (shop/store organization/cleaning, preventative maintenance on equipment, disposal of old parts/materials in a compliant manner, etc.)
• Complete a vehicle pre-inspection to identity pre-existing conditions and recommend additional services that may be desired
• Be aware and follow all shop safety rules and wear recommended personal protective equipment
• Keep the facility clean and organized at all times
• Dress in a clean and neat uniform and follow personal grooming standards
• Increase product and service knowledge and help cross-train other team members as directed
• Take an active role in store meetings to improve store performance

• Strong customer service and communications skills are needed

• Willingness to learn new skills and cross train in other styling services
• Two-plus years of film (tint, PPF, vinyl) experience preferred
• GED or High School Diploma is preferred
