B&L Auto Service is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Technician! Our mission is to provide people with an honest and reliable shop for their vehicle needs. We are looking for an Automotive Technician who can work on all years, makes, and models. If you take pride in your work and have at least 5 years of experience in auto repair, this might be the position for you. We are not just a parts changer shop, we believe in giving customers the best service according to the car's needs. Our technicians go home at the end of the day feeling accomplished.

• Your duties include: diagnostics, service, maintenance, repair, a/c work, front end, brakes, belts, engine and transmission swaps, engine rebuild top and bottom, vehicle lifts, and other similar work.
• We are a clean shop with computer stations in the shop for techs with AllData, Identifix software. We perform digital vehicle inspections that enable us to text inspection results right to the customer. This digital inspection helps with transparency and keeps them involved in the repair process.

• At least 5 years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
• ASE certifications (not needed, but a bonus)
• Good Driving Record
• Valid Driver’s License
• Have Own Tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment shop
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Demonstrate the ability to set and achieve performance goals for the shop as a whole and individually
• Be a team player and help and cooperate with other team members to meet shop-designated goals and sales numbers
