Our automotive repair facility, Four Points Auto Repair, is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, tools, and equipment, and their automotive knowledge and expertise. We also offer an air-conditioned/heated bay to perform some of our jobs in. The candidate must also demonstrate attention to detail and dedication to providing quality in the work performed as well as quality customer service with the clients. We provide a friendly and comfortable environment to work in. We are not open on the weekends and certain holidays (which are paid holidays) so that our "automotive repair shop family" can spend time with their families. • Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach
• Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes
• Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes

• Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems.
• Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools

• Possess a high school diploma or GED

• Previous automotive technical experience is needed, preferably 1-2 years
• Quality customer service and communication skills are needed
• It is strongly desired for the candidate to have an ASE certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence
