Community Automotive Repair
Our Technicians service and repair many European, Import, and Domestic vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, service, and repair vehicles.
- Basic parts replacement: starters, alternators, batteries, cables, spark plugs, filters, water pumps, valve cover gaskets, Brake pads/rotors and shoes/drums replacement, oil changes, transmission service, and various fluid services.
- Basic knowledge and use of scan tools and other diagnostic equipment like the smoke test, multi-meter, a/c recharge, alignment rack, etc.
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License, a clean record for insurability purposes.
- Able to lift 70 lbs. and buddy lift beyond that.
- Able to effectively diagnose and repair vehicles based on certification and experience.
- State of Michigan Mechanic Certification.
- Preferable ASE Master Certified Mechanic.
- 2-3 years experience.
Compensation
$47,500 - $67,500 yearly
