Service Technician European Automotive
Our car dealership team is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, and their electrical systems expertise. - Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems
- When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes
- Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes
- Explain automotive systems issues to customers to ensure a clear, transparent repair process
- Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs
- Troubleshooting skills

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal
- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired
