Automotive Service Technician

4 Day work week

As of April 3, 2023, we will be working on a 4-day work week M-Th (4-10hr days). Imagine a 3-day weekend every week to enjoy our beautiful mountain lifestyle.

• Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes
• Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes
• Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs

• Technicians are required to perform digital inspections as well as documenting recommended service with pictures/video in the AutoVital iPad.

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus
• Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary
• ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive
