• Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the status of service appointments
• Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs

• Answering incoming phone calls according to company guidelines
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
• Offering solutions based on proven company sales procedures
• Learning about the 12-volt industry and being able to explain it to customers
• Being the customer's point of contact throughout the buying process

• Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus

• Some knowledge of 12-volt electronics and/or the 12-volt industry
• Car enthusiast
• Passionate and willing to learn
• Team-oriented. Being able to work well with others
• Computer literate
