$2,500 Sign-on Bonus
- Perform repair work to customer vehicles to O.E.M. specifications, while reporting any additional damage, not on the work order
- Complete continuous learning and development through I-CAR and similar organizations
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Meet production goals
- Maintain accurate time tracking on jobs for reporting purposes
- Assist other departments as needed to support the team
- Body panel repair and replacement experience
- Welding and frame experience
- Strong Communication - Ability to communicate at a high level with Yach's team members
- Organization - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while remaining organized and adaptable to workplace changes
- Education and Experience - Completion of high school or equivalent and 5+ years of experience as an automotive or collision repair technician is highly preferred
- Goal-Oriented - Ability to meet and exceed the goals of the role
