The ideal candidate should have 2 years of finance department leadership experience and knows the ins and outs of lending institutions, service contracts, insurance programs, and preferably auto sales. • Maintain a suitable stock of bank, company, and state forms within the auto dealership at all times
• Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions
• Determine customers’ need for auto finance and payment plans to provide a range of options that meet their needs
• Maintain the highest ethical standards serving as a finance director and/or manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Meet monthly finance department quotas for automotive sales, service contracts, insurance programs, and more

• Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license are required
• AFIP Certification considered a plus
• Two or more years of experience working as a dealership finance or sales manager are required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or have commensurate professional experience
• Excellent customer service skills and devotion to a positive sales experience is a must
