Our car dealership needs an experienced finance manager with strong communication skills to assist with aftermarket sales during each vehicle purchase. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of finance department leadership experience who knows the ins and outs of lending institutions, service contracts, insurance programs, and preferably auto sales. Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms
- Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions
- Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them
- Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales
- Support the auto sales manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs
Qualifications
- Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers
- Two or more years of experience working as a dealership finance or sales manager are required
- Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatory
- Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or have commensurate professional experience
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
