We are looking for an experienced body shop manager. This is a fast-paced, busy body shop.

Up to $80,000

• Promote teamwork, provide feedback and constructive input
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and complete many duties at once
• Ability to supervise all body shop activities, gross profit and expense, customer satsifaction, employee relations, and employee productivity
• Oversee all paint and supply orders and oversee inventory stocking
• Ability to motivate employees and ensure jobs are being done correctly, up to expectations, and also in a timely manner

• Experience as a body shop manager
• Strong knowledge of the collision repair business
• Experience estimating vehicle collision damage
• Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
