We are seeking an experienced and quality-driven automotive technician to fill an open position at our family-owned repair facility. We have a shop in Frisco Tx and McKinney Tx. Our ideal candidate (but we will look at all applicants) will be confident running diagnostics equipment to identify and complete automotive repairs on all makes and models as well as experience with automatic transmissions, electrical, A/C and heating, suspensions, drive train, engine diagnostics, brakes, and diesels. We need to hire for both our Frisco, TX and our McKinney, TX locations.
- Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs
- Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs
- Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach
- Use your knowledge to diagnose vehicles for problems
- Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus
- Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred
- Strong customer service and communications skills are needed
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
