The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and senior attorneys. • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution

• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
• Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years

• Knowledge of any practice management software (Clio preferred)
• Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and review
• Significant experience with forming and advising tax-exempt organizations, social enterprises, or other business structures
