Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC is seeking one or more attorney(s) with a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in construction defect and/or general casualty/insurance defense. Candidates with trial experience or an existing, portable book of business will be given the highest priority and will be compensated accordingly. Salary for those applicants who do not bring significant portable work is anticipated to start at or above $80,000, plus a percentage of originations. Those who bring portable, new work to the firm, will be paid a percentage of revenues generated from that portable work.
