Maybe you are a senior attorney working at a law firm where you are tired of being unappreciated. Your boss does nothing about the toxic environment you work in, and your compensation plan leaves you in the dark about your bonus potential because it's "discretionary." Or maybe you are a solo attorney who is sick and tired of doing all the administrative work it takes to run your business, and all you want to do is practice law as part of a team of good attorneys. If you want to be part of a wonderful team of people, who work hard to get the job done right the first time, take pride in the work that they do, and get paid a good wage while still having a life outside of work, then you should consider applying to be our firm's Managing Attorney.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients and is a team player ready to lead and grow our legal department.

We are an enterprising litigation firm mainly focusing on construction disputes but with some business and real estate litigation mixed in. We are on track for aggressive growth and need a full-time, experienced, positive, organized, professional, senior attorney to lead and manage our firm's legal department, so the owner can focus on building this million-dollar firm into a multi-million dollar firm.

We want everyone who works here to be deliriously happy with their job. Therefore we are offering you competitive compensation to work with our team of professionals who value a work-life balance and are authentically fun and decent people. This is a full-time, in-person position working from our office in East Boca Raton, although there can be flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week once your competency and "fit" is established.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction law with significant trial experience (It's OK if your trial experience is not construction law). While skills and experience are essential and valued, your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also critical considerations.

There are various bonus opportunities for this position, depending on performance. When applying, please submit a resume along with a cover letter explaining what attracted you to this job and why we will think you are the best candidate for this position.
