We are seeking a highly organized, self-managing individual to fit the position of Association Executive for the Springfield Board of REALTORS®. A qualified Individual would possess excellent communication skills, coordination expertise, personal initiative, ability to work independently, experience with Quickbooks, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, and strong project management capabilities. 

The Association Executive reports to the President of the Board of Directors and assumes most of the responsibilities to the effective running and strong growth of the Association. Grant research and grant writing is a plus. Association executive and/or real estate experience a plus. 

  • Quickbooks entry and membership roster management
  • Project and Event management
  • Communication between the board and association members

  • Reliable and dependable
  • Extremely well organized, and able to organize others as well
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Quickbooks and Database Management experience
$16 - $17 hourly

The Springfield Board of REALTORS® in Lane County, Oregon (SBOR), is a local association of the National Association of REALTORS® (the world’s largest professional association). SBOR provides services and resources to licensed real estate salespersons and brokers, appraisers, and affiliated service industries such as mortgage, title, and escrow. 

While sometimes we’re confused by the general public as being a “REALTOR® office,” in which real estate agents sell properties, SBOR is best described as the place where licensed real estate professionals join as REALTORS® and receive the tools they need to become competent, ethical real estate practitioners in their respective real estate office.
