Rolling Hills Hospitality is seeking a passionate Area Director of Food and Beverage! While working at either our Cincinnati or Lexington locations, you will work with our current F&B teams to ensure top-notch eating experiences for our guests while ensuring proper adherence to industry standards and F&B protocols. You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures
  • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
  • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
  • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements

  • Assist F&B department heads to implement departmental operation schedules

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
  • Customer relationship management experience desired
  • Must have a food handling license

  • Associate's degree in culinary arts from an accredited institution preferred

Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
